Referring Agencies

To refer a client, please complete our Referral form.

Referrals can be sent via the following options:

Referrals can be made for residents in Hastings, St. Leonards and Rother.  We are unable to accept referrals for Eastbourne residents.

Please ensure the client is aware of the referral and that they understand that we will contact them by phone. We must have the client's consent to share data indicated on the referral form in order to proceed. If phone contact or correspondence is not acceptable, please make sure we are aware.

Once a referral is received, the admin team will speak to the client and book an assessment session as soon as possible.  The client will then be informed of an approximate waiting time before they are offered regular, weekly sessions.

During the assessment, the client's financial contribution will be discussed and an amount agreed.
